Located in a corner of Nihonbashi, Tokyo, BONGEN COFFEE Nihonbashi is a one-of-a-kind store that offers the unusual combination of "coffee and rice balls" in a high-quality, comfortable setting.

Our specialty coffee is carefully hand-brewed, with a focus on BONGEN's original blends and single origins, and you can enjoy seasonal flavors. The lingering aroma of each cup is enhanced by our "Specialty Rice Balls," available only at our Nihonbashi store.

Each rice ball is made individually in-house using only selected domestic rice and salt. The flavor of the plump, fragrant, and sweet rice blends surprisingly beautifully with the flavor of the coffee.
