These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the terms of use of the BONGEN COFFEE online shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided on this website by Zamido Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Registered users (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 3 (User ID and Password Management)

Article 4 (Sales Contract)
For this Service, a sales contract is established when a User submits a purchase offer to us and we notify the User that we have accepted the offer. Ownership of the product will be transferred to the User when we deliver the product to the delivery company.
We may terminate the sales contract described in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the User if any of the following circumstances apply to the User:

● If delivery of the product cannot be completed due to an unknown delivery address or a prolonged absence
● If we otherwise determine that the trust relationship between us and the User has been damaged
● Payment methods, delivery methods, cancellations of purchase offers, and returns for this Service will be determined separately by us.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to product photos and other content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") provided through this Service belong to the legitimate rights holders, such as our company and content providers. Users are prohibited from reproducing, reprinting, modifying, or otherwise using such Content without permission.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities when using this Service.
