Shipping

Within Japan

Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen (per delivery address) (excluding Okinawa and outside Japan)
Flat rate of 900 yen (excluding Okinawa and outside Japan)
We roast and package each order individually, so your order will be shipped within 4-7 business days.

Outside Japan

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the product and delivery area.
Shipping costs can be confirmed during the checkout process after selecting the product.
Currency will also be changed to the currency of each customer's location during the purchase process.
We will ship via international mail EMS.
We roast and package each order individually, so it will take approximately 4 to 10 days for delivery.
Tax may be charged separately at the time of delivery.
Only credit card payments are accepted.

Returns Policy

We only accept the following content.
1) If the product is damaged or defective
2) If there is an error or missing item in the product, please contact us and return it within 5 days of receiving the product.
* Once the product arrives at our company, we will begin the refund process.

About subscriptions

We offer a subscription service so you can enjoy fresh coffee whenever you want, as often as you like.

  • You can choose to have your delivery delivered every two weeks or every month.
  • After your first order is completed, a new order will be automatically created every two weeks or one month (the period you select). After the order is created, we roast and package each order, so it will ship within 4-7 business days. *Please note that it may not arrive exactly two weeks later.
  • You can skip or cancel your next delivery. (You can view your subscription management screen by logging in via "Manage Subscriptions" in the order confirmation email.)
  • All domestic deliveries are free of charge.
  • Payment can be made by credit card. If you continue your subscription, the same payment method as the previous one will be applied.

About gift delivery

If you are giving as a gift, the following options are available:

  • Noshi (gift wrapping)
  • Gift wrapping (We will put it in a gift box for presents.)
  • paper bag


Please note:
*Normal purchases and gift items cannot be purchased at the same time. Please purchase one gift item at a time.
*Please note that options (gift delivery) cannot be added to regular purchases.

Issuance of receipts and delivery notes

Once you have registered as a member and made a purchase, you can obtain receipts and invoices from your My Page.
