BONGEN COFFEE's coffee bean processing method

We will introduce how we process the coffee beans we offer at BONGEN COFFEE.

❶Washed
It has a clean, refreshing taste and is a common refining method for specialty coffee.

❷Natural
The coffee cherries are dried, and then the dried coffee skins are threshed together to extract the raw coffee beans. This processing method is characterized by its fruity flavor.

❸Honey Process
The coffee is peeled and dried as is, resulting in a refinement method somewhere between washed and natural, giving it a clear, flavorful taste.

❹ Anaerobic Natural
This coffee is fermented anaerobic (without exposure to oxygen) and then dried in the same way as natural coffee. The fruit flavor is overwhelming.

❺ This is a refining process that involves double anaerobic fermentation with the pulp still attached, then removing the pulp and again subjecting the pulp to anaerobic fermentation in the parchment state with mucilage still attached. Characterized by a strong fermented flavor
