We have opened "BONGEN COFFEE Tokyo Nihonbashi" in Nihonbashi, an area steeped in history and tradition.
It is an 8-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station and within walking distance of Ginza 1-Chome Station and the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station.

We use carefully roasted coffee beans at our own roastery, SHIRAFUSHI.
We offer drip coffee and cafe lattes made with carefully selected beans from around the world, including BONGEN's original blend, Ethiopia, Honduras, and Panama.
Also, only available at the Nihonbashi store are rice balls made with carefully selected salt and rice,
We offer "burnt miso rice balls" made with aged miso.
Matcha, roasted green tea, and Japanese black tea lattes are also carefully prepared one by one for each order.
All of the Japanese sweets are original, including cream cheese monaka, nerikiri, and yokan.
Enjoy a luxurious combination with coffee or Japanese tea.
Inside the store, there are bonsai trees that are over 150 years old.
We create a space filled with Japanese charm and tranquility.
