SHIRAFUSHI is a roastery and coffee bean brand established by Ginza-based BONGEN COFFEE in pursuit of the ultimate coffee.

With the support of many customers at Bongen Coffee, we decided to start this business with the strong desire to make our customers' "relaxing breaks" even more special by serving them the finest coffee.

Hakubushi coffee beans are made from top-of-the-line coffee beans with limited production, and are roasted using a unique HIGH CRAFT MODEST ROAST technique, which does not produce a flashy or sharp flavor, but rather, with careful consideration and attention to detail, brings out the natural flavor of the beans, bringing out the clearest and most authentic taste possible.
