The roaster's commitment

Among the many light roast coffees available, Colombia is rare in terms of its fruity flavor, combining both fruitiness and sweetness. Because this coffee is of such high quality, we had a hard time deciding on the roast level.

Although it is a light roast, we paid close attention to the intensity of the roast, and we conducted countless prototypes and tastings. What we ultimately arrived at was a medium roast, not too light even within the light roast category. While retaining the full impact of the fruit, we have reduced off-flavors and excessive acidity, resulting in a finish that brings out the fruity flavor even more.
