BONGEN PREMIUM FRUITY BLEND

BONGEN COFFEE's top barista and the top roaster from our own roastery, SHIRAFUSHI, teamed up to bring together the best of roasting know-how and extraction techniques to create this unique light roast blend.

We use top-quality beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, and Honduras, each with its own unique character, to create a complex and unique flavor that combines all the elements at a high level, including fruitiness, acidity, richness, and sweetness.

The biggest challenge in designing this blend was to "make the most of the three varieties' individual characteristics without clashing."

We made dozens of prototypes and tasted them repeatedly to delicately balance the beans, which each have strong fruitiness and acidity, body and sweetness, and to create a balance that leaves a complex and lingering finish.

We finally arrived at our own unique roasting technique, "HIGH CRAFT MODEST ROAST."
This unique light roast blend is created by roasting the beans in a way that makes the most of their transparency while achieving both the richness and richness that is characteristic of light roasts.

It has an addictive bright acidity and fruitiness, a rich body and sweetness, and a complex aftertaste that lingers after you finish drinking it.
