Even before roasting, I felt that Honduras had great potential, but I struggled with the final roast level.
In order to achieve both a vibrant and deep aroma and flavor, we conducted numerous test roasts and tastings, ultimately arriving at a light roast that maximizes the fruitiness.

This drink features a fermented and juicy flavor, with a rich aftertaste that lingers even after some time has passed.
This coffee allows you to experience the new appeal of light roast coffee.
