A luxurious blend made with top-premium Ethiopian coffee beans, known for their juiciness and high aroma.
When it comes to Ethiopia, many coffee lovers are captivated by its fine acidity, high aroma, and subtle sweetness.
We intentionally brought out that Ethiopia in a dark roast. It may seem a little wasteful to dark-roast such a juicy, aromatic Ethiopian bean, but we made it happen thanks to requests from customers who wanted to try it as a dark roast, along with the roaster’s curiosity.
This time, with our original roasting method, “HIGH CRAFT MODEST ROAST,” we achieved a finish with the richness unique to a dark roast, while preserving Ethiopia’s juicy character, high aroma, and subtle sweetness that don’t feel overly dark-roasted. We confidently recommend it to anyone who loves Ethiopia and wants to experience a dark roast too.
