We have deliberately dark roasted this Ethiopian coffee. It may seem a bit wasteful to dark roast such juicy and fragrant Ethiopian coffee, but we have made it happen in response to requests to try it dark roasted, coupled with the roaster's curiosity.
This time, we used our unique roasting technique, "HIGH CRAFT MODEST ROAST." While retaining the richness of a dark roast, we were able to achieve the juicy Ethiopian flavor, rich aroma, and subtle sweetness that is unusual for a dark roast.
