We place the highest importance on the elegant sweetness, floral aroma, and crystal-clear transparency found in Gesha from Ethiopia's highest peaks.
In roasting, rather than exaggerating its brilliance, we carefully identify the point at which the beans' inherent nobility gently comes forward, and finish it with an exceptionally light roast right to the limit.
From the aroma on the first sip, to the shifting expressions as the temperature drops, and the long-lasting refined finish, we aim to beautifully capture it all in a single cup.
